First time apart

This weekend was the first time Jim and I had left Tyler for a significant amount of time. We went to a wedding in South Bend, IN and Jim's parents came over to babysit. While it was hard to leave him it was so great to spend a weekend catching up and having fun with all our friends. Nana and Papa Buffo said he was an angel all weekend, just as happy as can be. We couldn't wait to see him again on Sunday. Jim and Tyler gave me a massage before the wedding for Mother's Day but seeing him smile at me when we got home was the best gift of all. Thanks, Jim and Sharon, for taking such good care of him this weekend. We know he had fun and missed you when you left Sunday evening!!
