This past Sunday Jim and I decided to take Tyler to his first apple orchard. The weather wasn't great, cold and misty, but we thought all the activities would make it worthwhile. Unfortunately, when we got there we discovered that the orchard, corn maze, and hay rides were closed that day. Boo!! So, we made do with what was available and came home with some yummy apple treats; apple donuts, apple cider, apples and caramel apples. Although it wasn't what we expected we still had fun together and now we have a reason to go again this fall.
