Sorry for the lag between posts but we've been on the go around here. Last weekend my mom came to town to see little Tyler and they had a blast together. Grammy watched Ty while I went out on Friday night. Saturday was packed, showing Grammy every toy and trick we know. We played outside and in the water and had a ball!
That Sunday, after taking mom to the airport, Tyler came down with a fever. The next day he still had the fever and now had a head to toe rash to go along with it. So to the doctor we went. Turns out the rash and fever were caused by strep throat. He had a rough day or so before the antibiotics kicked in and now he's back up to snuff.
Yesterday Jim had knee surgery and is home with Tyler and me for the rest of the week recuperating. Tyler has taken full advantage of this situation, climbing up into Dada's lap to read stories multiple times a day.
